Throughout the Intensive care provided at PWC, the majority (if not all) visits will be recorded. That means the analysis, adjusting, scan interpretation, and probably most importantly, all of the communication + explanations will be on video for you to watch all along the way! You definitely do NOT have to wait for the final Clinical Summary and Roadmap Report of Findings video that puts it all together, if you’re tracking along the whole time you’ll be very up to speed and ready for a smooth, incredible transition to care in your amazing hands! 

Since these videos are uploaded in real time each day, please view them regularly and also open up communication channels with us to make sure you’re getting everything you need, are tracking with the care plan + adjusting protocols, the timing of them starting care with you, and so forth. This will allow you to be up to date on the clinical care throughout the Intensive and be ready to get started when they arrive on Day 1 with you!

1. Engage with us during Bi-Weekly Clinical Perfect Storm Intensive Office Hours, submitting scans via upload ahead of time is ideal. 
2. PX Members can also use the PX Kajabi Clinical Community Forum for collaborative support
3. Schedule a 1-1 Intensive Patient Care Consultation for a prepaid fee of $150

We offer bi-weekly Intensive Office Hours to support the continuing care doctors of our incredible Intensive patients. However, the best way to truly go all in—not just for this family, but for all the kids and families in your community—is by becoming a full member of the Pediatric Experience Training Program. It provides the most comprehensive resources, ongoing training, and expert support to ensure you can consistently achieve the best possible outcomes for your patients and your practice!

No, we do not wish to complicate your doctor-patient relationship and play “middle man” as care continues with you. We provide this level of initial and transitional support, along with the multi-leveled access to all the PX Training Resources + Clinical Office Hours so that you can confidently take over the lead on care fully going forward.

The Bi-Weekly Intensive Office Hours are made available for exactly this reason, occurring every other Friday from 1-2 PM US Central Standard Time. If you can not make it on live due to time zone challenges or any other reason, you can submit your questions + upload scans for review ahead of time and we will still answer your questions on that Clinical Support Zoom, and then send you the video recording. 

You will receive email reminders and notifications of these Office Hours, so please be sure we have your preferred email and that you have notifications from us turned on and not going to spam. We will send reminders the night before! 

If for some reason that still doesn’t do the job and you need 1-on-1 direct support from one of our PWC Doctors, we do have special circumstance scheduling for phone or Zoom consults available at a charge of $150 per 20 minute time slot. You can book those by emailing us at [email protected]
