For your final report of findings in PWC, our doctor team will be recording our Roadmap Report of Findings and share this in your Google drive.  We create and add to this file during your entire stay at PWC, your doctor at home will be able to prepare for you in real time as they see appointments and resources get added to the drive. This allows the smoothest clinical transition possible.

Our care team will be uploading videos, explanations of your adjustments, clinical pairings, and scan findings. Your continuing care doctor will be on the clinical journey during your entire stay at PWC. We are in communication with them during your stay, and they will be receiving the recorded final roadmap of care. They know the exact recommendations from our clinical team. We also prepare them ahead of time with recommendations for the initial amount of appointments to start with for your first week.

We provide clear instructions, educational/training materials to them complimentary, keep them up to date during the intensive, give the continuing recommendation and provide a clear path of support after your transition to their care.

Your continuing care doctor will become your primary provider. All questions you have should be directly asked to them as they are providing your care. They will take over with your continuing clinical recommendations as well.

During your transition to care, PWC will be involved in clinical help and recommendations. Your doctor will also have access to bi-weekly clinical office hours where they can bring any questions, stuck points in care, or additional needs to our clinical care team.

Questions about your care and communication should be with your continuing care doctor. It’s best for your care that we don’t become the middle man and full clinical care is taken over by your local provider.

You will see our PWC Doc Team. All Intensive patients are assigned a pod of doctors (4) that they will see during their intensive with us. Dr. Tony is part of that team, some of your appointments will be with him. Our whole doctor team will be closely following your case and will be providing clinical feedback. This is how we optimize our patient outcomes!

We promise that you will love our care and our doctor team. None of our patients see exclusively Dr. Tony. We have created a team made of the best of the best clinicians in Pediatric Chiropractic, it’s because of them that we are pleased to welcome cases from all over the world and to Expect and Experience Miracles! 

Your frequency when you get home will be the most rigorous for the first 2-4 weeks when you return home. Typically, most patients transition to 6 adjustments per week for the first 2-4 weeks, then transition to 3 times per week for a period of time. Your continuing care doctor will partner with you to make the long term decision on what that frequency will be, it’s subject to change based on your scans and progress.

Commitment to doing what is best for the patient, growing in training and being willing to pivot at all times! When a doctor is committed to that above all else, and is able to learn and adapt to the needs of that patient, great things are possible! We provide an immense amount of resources and a clear path for the doctors to access whatever they may need. A demonstrated willingness to stay the course and see things through is essential.

It’s imperative that your doctor back at home stay up to date on the appointments as they happen at PWC. This allows them to be well prepared for the transition and be prepared to continue before receiving the full Roadmap ROF. The full plan and details will arrive no later than 1 week after the conclusion of your Intensive with us.

Returning to PWC is never required. A return Intensive is strongly recommended in certain cases. Also, our patients who do return find that returning to us in this way can optimize their results, especially around transition times in their care at home or during life transitions such as going back to school, significant stress, growth or other stressors that may come up. We love welcoming you back and having the opportunity to provide additional support and care for you!

We recommend that you return within 3-6 months of your initial Intensive with us. We offer returns of 1 or 2 weeks. Our doc team will communicate with you about which they recommend. 

After your transition in care, you will be developing your rapport with your new doc.  It’s important to continue to ask questions, stay consistent with your care plan and provide feedback about your child's progress to the doctor there so they can provide you with the highest standard of care.

No, 2 weeks is the minimum amount of time for new Intensive patients. 3 weeks if you are International and for some complex cases, our coordinator will be able to advise on the minimum amount of time for your case. 1 week options are only available to established patients who have already completed a previous Intensive and are returning. 

We are not able to review scans and provide a recommendation of any patient that we do not provide care for. Alternatively, if your PX Doc needs clinical support they can anonymously share your scans with us in our clinical community.

Yes, our team will assist you with finding a local doctor for your child. We will provide them with access to training and resources for support during your transition back to their care. Our hope is that your child can be a catalyst for other kids in your community that need a PX Doc. We have made many new PX Docs and Hope Dealers this way!
